DISTANCE SALES CONTRACT

The parties
This contract is made between the buyer ("Customer") and the seller ("Simerano") whose information is given below, for distance sales transactions made through the www.simerano.com website.

Subject
This contract determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the buyer from the seller's www.simerano.com website.

Product Information
The type, quantity, brand/model, color and sales price including all taxes of the products to be sold are specified at the ordering stage.

Delivery and Shipping

  • Products will be shipped within 7 business days at the latest following order confirmation.

  • Delivery is made to the address specified by the recipient.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times are specified at the time of ordering.

Right of Withdrawal

  • The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

  • In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be unused and suitable for resale.

  • In return transactions, shipping costs belong to the buyer.

Dispute Resolution
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes that may arise between the parties.
